We are excited to announce the introduction of a new inspection platform!

Beginning May 15, 2017, new business inspection results will be made available in the Myriad Agent Portal for inspections conducted in Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin. Remaining states will roll out at a later date.

The move to Myriad from Inspections Results Viewer (IRV) will enable easier policy tracking through the inspection process and access to inspection results.  Any business written on or after May 15 can only be viewed through the Myriad Agent Portal; business written before May 15 can be accessed through IRV.  

Benefits of this change include:
  • Create a one stop shop where agencies can view all inspection results
  • Includes details, photos, and a side by side comparison view of the inspector, agency, and underwriting decision
  • Allow agencies to open an inspection result for a specific property directly from Express
  • View exterior and high value inspections in one location
  • View inspections ordered and status with vendor

Along with the Myriad roll out Encompass will be implementing a change to the vendor used for high value inspections.  As each state implements Myriad the high value inspection vendor will transition to be the same company currently completing all exterior inspections.  This change is to simplify the high value inspection process, yet preserve the same level of service and professionalism as you are accustomed to.
